Théâtre du Châtelet stellt Besetzung für »Into the Woods« vor

Das Pariser Théâtre du Châtelet hat kurz vor der Premiere die vollständige Besetzung für die englischsprachige Produktion »Into the Woods« vorgestellt.
Es vielen Kimy McLaren als Cinderella, Leslie Clack als The Narrator, Nicholas Garrett als The Baker, Christine Ox als The Baker’s Wife, Beverley Klein als The Witch, Pascal Charbonneau als Jack, Damian Thantrey als Cinderella’s Prince, David Curry als Rapunzel’s Prince, Jonathan Gunthorpe als The Steward, Francesca Jackson als Little Red Riding Hood, Rebecca de Pont Davies als Jack’s Mother, Louise Alder als Rapunzel, Elisa Doughty als Florinda, Lucy Page als Lucinda, Scott Emerson als Cinderella’s Father, Kate Combault als Cinderella’s Mother, Jasmine Roy als Cinderella’s Stepmother, Fanny Ardant als The Voice of The Giant, Dorine Cochenet als Snow White, and Cecilia Proteau als Sleeping Beauty. Puppenspieler der Produktion sind Dorine Cochenet, Cecilia Proteau, Claire Vialon und Valentin Johner.
»Into the Woods« von Stephen Sondheim (Musik und Liedtexte) und James Lapine (Buch) ist bereits das vierte Sondheim-Musical, welches das Théâtre du Châtelet im Original mit Übertiteln auf die Bühne bringt. Es ist vom 1. bis 12. April 2014 als Inszenierung von Lee Blakeley, mit Licht von Oliver Fenwick und unter Musikalischer Leitung von David Charles Abell zu sehen.
